2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit it, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, requested file, data volume, browser and operating system. The purpose is secure operation of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
3. Fonts
The fonts Titillium Web and Bitter are served from this server; no data is transferred to third parties. The font “dinosaur” is loaded via Adobe Fonts (use.typekit.net). This connects to servers of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland, and transmits the visitor’s IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Adobe may also transfer data to Adobe Inc. in the USA. This relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. Our legitimate interest is a consistent, appealing presentation of the website. Without the request a fallback font is shown. More information: adobe.com/privacy.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle the request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no retention periods apply.
5. Audience measurement (Umami)
This website does not set cookies. For anonymous audience measurement we use Umami Cloud by Umami Software, Inc., 28 Geary St, Suite 650 #243, San Francisco, California, USA. We count page views, origin, device type, country and language switches. The IP address is not stored as a field in the measurement data. It is only processed briefly to calculate an anonymous visitor identifier and to determine the approximate location. The identifier is created from the website ID, IP address, browser identifier and a salt that changes monthly. Visitors are not recognised in the long term. Umami and its service providers may record IP addresses in operational and security logs. The script is only loaded on the real domain and respects the browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in audience measurement). The measurement data is stored in the region EU. Umami uses sub-processors, including in the USA (list: umami.is/subprocessors). Transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with Umami; it takes effect when the account is created.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; the competent one is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
